Lamb Kebabs
We had a little debate on how you spell “kabob” vs “kebab” but found that both ways are technically correct! Anyway, these lamb kabobs turned out so good and the colors are very summer. Enjoy this flavorful summer staple!
Ingredients;
• 1 boneless sirloin roast or loin strip
• 1 red onion
• 2 bell peppers (your choice of color)
• 1lb whole white mushroom
• 1/2 pineapple (optional)
• 1 Tbsp kinders all purpose meat & veggie seasoning
• 2 tbsp coconut aminos
Directions;
Cut your sirloin roast or lamb loin strip into bite size pieces. Sprinkle kinders seasoning over your cubed meat and add coconut aminos. Marinate at least 1 hour up to 4 hours. Chop your vegetables into quarters. Assemble kebabs in whatever order calls to you. Pineapple would be a great addition in this mix as well! Barbecue lamb kebabs on direct medium heat for 15 minutes turning halfway through. Cook just until medium rare. Serve hot & enjoy!
