SHIPPING & RETURNS

What is your shipping policy?

We ship our product frozen overnight via Fedex in an insulated box packed with ice packs to ensure your product arrives in good condition. To guarantee delivery, we must have proper and complete addresses. We can not deliver to P.O. boxes.

DOMESTIC

Our shipping depends on the weight of the product and distance the product is shipping. We use FedEx to ship all of our meats. Your shipping cost will be calculated at checkout.

All orders placed after 4pm PST will be shipped out the following weekday.

Local delivery will be delivered the following weekday the order is placed when available via Emigh Lamb Company.

INTERNATIONAL

Unfortunately, we do not offer International shipping. Sorry for any inconvenience.


RETURNS

Since we are shipping perishable products, we are unable to accept returns. If there is an issue with your order please contact us at info@emighlamb.com with information about your order and we will do our best to accommodate you accordingly.
