Slow Cooked Lamb Shanks

Lamb Shanks always remind me of my sister, Catie, they have always been one of her favorite meals. She decided to share her Emigh Lamb Shank recipe with you all to cook up on a cold fall or winter day! Lamb shanks are perfect for a busy day, throw them in the crockpot before you head out the door and they are ready when you get home. Easy & delicious!

Here is her recipe;

Ingredients:

- 2 Emigh Lamb Shanks

- 2 tbsp Olive oil

- 1/2 cup Chicken Broth

- 1/2 cup Water

- 1 pack French onion soup mix

- 2 tbsp Crushed garlic

- Salt to taste

- Pepper to taste

- 2 Sprigs fresh rosemary

Directions:

Season your Emigh Lamb shanks with olive oil, salt, pepper and crushed garlic. Place in crockpot and add soup mix, water, broth, and rosemary. Cook on low for 6 hours. Serve over a bed of steamed rice and/or potatoes. Enjoy!
